Add-ons

Description of extra functionalities on top of the basic functions of the RISKID Risk Management software.

Basic

Organize (online) risk assessment sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

Interactive (clickable) online dashboards to monitor critical risks, overdue measures and other management information.

Participants can join a risk assessment session using their mobile phone or tablet.

Assign risks to (external) stakeholders for them to monitor and update their risks easily in their own account.

Receive automatic alerts when there are any changes to critical risks, sent directly to your mobile phone / email.

The project manager can determine the colors in the risk matrix for each project.

Show all measures (including status) when scoring risks.

Enable risk tagging in a session. You can choose to allow participants to tag or not.

Advanced

This feature enables you to customize the risk scoring scales, e.g. probability: 1-4 and impact: 1-5, or any other combination.

Attach files (pictures, documents, etc.) to the project for additional information or explanation.

Import existing risk register in Excel as a new project.

Add files (pictures, documents, etc.) to a risk or measure for additional explanation, imagination or evidence.

Quantify risks for probability, finance and time (min, max, mlv). Incl. presentation of expected values and dashboards.

Grant an (external) user reading rights to a risk register / project.

Export risk register in own (Excel) layout or format.

Premium

Admins receive an Excel every week (or a different frequency) with the most important changes to risks in the domain.

Feature to define goals/objectives and link them to risks.

Create a layered hierarchy structure for projects and/or folders

Create additional project information fields (text fields, URLs, drop-downs, labels, etc.).

Create and manage revisions of the risk register

Link risks at different hierarchy levels and display those relationships in a dashboard to streamline risk assessment and mitigation plans across business functions and risk groups.
