Release notes

New features, enhancements, corrections and other changes made to our products and services can be found here, sorted by date.

New packages

Starting this year, RISKID will work with packages instead of stand-alone modules. The advantage of this is that it is clearer and with new updates it is immediately clear whether this functionality is part of your package. It is possible that additional functionalities have been enabled as a result. In Packages you can see the different functionalities within the three packages. If you have any questions or are interested in the other options, please contact us.

What is new?

Advanced: Risk library

With this functionality you can easily create risk collections that can be used as a template when starting a new risk register. These collections can therefore be supplemented and updated over time.

What has changed?

  • Creating a global report has been improved. It is now possible to customize, sort and filter the report to your own liking.
  • The text for ‘project’ has been changed to ‘register’. This is because RISKID is not only used for project risk management and therefore needs a more general term.
  • More options with the extra column in the risk list, such as expected costs and delays (Risk quantification).
  • If it takes too long to generate the global report, an e-mail will automatically be sent where you can download the report. This allows you to generate large reports and continue working in RISKID.
  • While loading a register, you cannot change the project information to improve the loading speed.
  • In some cases it could happen that opening a risk did not go well in a risk session. This has now been resolved.

What is new?

ENTERPRISE: Escalate & Delegate

With the module Escalate & Delegate risks it is now possible to escalate risks from a project to a strategic project in order to further tackle the risk there. This can also be done the other way around by delegating risks downwards from a strategic project. The functionality is mainly in that each project has a separate list of escalated or delegated risks where they can be managed, accepted or The design of RISKID team members has been adjusted. From now on it is possible that a team member can also view all or part of the project. A project manager can determine this entirely for each project and team member.

ENTERPRISE: Revisions

The project manager can create and maintain revisions for each project. This is useful for indicating when a project has been updated. This revision can then also be downloaded to Excel. Finally, you can see a timeline of revisions when it happened and possibly what changed.

ENTERPRISE: Custom fields

Via project templates it is now possible to add custom fields to the project information. This can be useful when you want to track phases of the project, or add a date when something happened.

What has changed?

  • The design of RISKID team members has been adjusted. From now on it is possible that a team member can also view all or part of the project. A project manager can determine this entirely himself per project and team member. The administrator has the option to place multiple folders and projects under each other.
  • From now on, each user can change certain settings themselves, such as how the date and time is displayed in RISKID.
  • When archiving or deleting a session, things can sometimes go wrong because, for example, the voting round has not yet been stopped for archiving or the session has not been archived for deletion. In these cases, unfortunately, the information was gone. We have solved this by making this no longer possible. A session can no longer be archived if the voting round has not yet been closed. And a session cannot be deleted until it is archived.
  • It is now possible for participants of a session to participate with a mobile phone. RISKID detects when the screen is too small for the original layout and switches to the mobile version. So no app needs to be downloaded. The new layout is primarily intended to fit everything into a small screen, but is also more user-friendly due to a better overview and limited options.
  • The text residual risk has been changed to target risk. This was done because a different explanation or description is also possible with the term residual risk. With the new term we want to make it clear that the second score you give to a risk (from now on target risk score), is the score that the risk is likely to have in the future after all measures have been taken. The score is more intended as a goal that you ultimately want to end up with with the risk. This is sometimes confused with the score you give when the risk has actually been mitigated. For this we change the first score, the current risk score.
  • In the risk list in the project it is now possible to switch between the current risk score and the target risk score.
